Cook with me


 Lets get ready for our upcoming week! My goal is to cook twice and use leftovers for meals 3&4. My  feature ingredients are pork tenderloin and chicken. Both were purchased at The Fresh Market on Tuesdays special. Remember this month every Tuesday you can purchase ground chuck or boneless, skinless chicken for 2.99/lb. The pork tenderloin was from last months special!

Mondays recipe will be posted Monday am!

Monday- pork tenderloin with our favorite marinade, sweet potato fries, roasted green beans with parmesean
Tuesday- Grilled chicken, caprese salad, fingerling potatoes (Ina Garten)
Wednesday- pork sliders, slaw, zucchini fries
Thursday- chicken wraps ,hummus with veggies
Friday- order pizza.... You deserve a break!  :)

Grocery List for this weeks meals ( you may have a lot on hand but I listed all we will be using)

Pork tenderloin - usually sold in doubles
Chicken (enough to feed your family twice. Remember Tuesday's Fresh Market deal with chicken. You can wait and buy your chicken on Tuesday)
Sweet potatoes
Whole green beans( frozen are great)
Soy sauce
Brown sugar
Fresh garlic
Ginger
Dry mustard
Hawaiian rolls
Bag of broccoli slaw
Mayonnaise
Sweet Baby Rays barbecue sauce 
Fingerling potatoes
Italian dressing
Fresh mozzarella (Aldi has these for a great price)
Fresh tomatoes
Spinach or plain flour tortillas .. My guys actually ask for the spinach ones 
Mushrooms
Onions
Provolone cheese
Hummus
Carrots
Zucchini
Red peppers
Fresh dill... Optional for potatoes
Dijon mustard 
Cider vinegar
Celery seed
