Mondays Recipe


6 thumbs up pork tenderloin...it is one of our favorites! :)


Meal #1

Marinade for pork tenderloin
1/4c. olive oil
1/2c. brown sugar
1/4c. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. dried ginger
1-2 cloves fresh minced garlic

Combine all ingredients and marinate pork for at least 4 hrs.

grill to desired perfection! :)

Sweet Potato fries

Wash and peel 3-4 large sweet potatoes. Cut into desired thickness for fries. Toss with olive oil, sea salt and pepper. Bake @. 400 for 25-30 min.

Roasted green beans

Toss with slight amount of olive oil and roast @ 375 for 20 min. Add parmesan last five.

Yummy!
