A twist on a favorite + night night treat

My amazing hubby has the biggest sweet tooth on the planet, which can be a problem when you are trying to drop a few LB's. I am constantly trying to find light desserts that will satisfy his cravings. I happened upon the chocolate pudding cool whip pie and decided to add my little twist. Chad loves the peanut butter chocolate combo,... Hmmm!

We are on pie #2 for the week! My boys liked it too. It was a HIT!! IF you plan it just right...you can even have a little left over for an indulgent moment! :)

Ingredients

1 Oreo, chocolate or  graham cracker crust
1 box sugar free, fat free instant pudding
1 large  lite cool whip
1-2 tbsp peanut butter

Fold peanut butter into 1c. of cool whip
Spread into bottom of crust

Mix pudding with 1 1/2c. milk
Fold in  8 oz. cool whip and place on top of peanut butter layer.

Chill and Enjoy!

Happy night night treat! (That's what we call it)

  3. Also... Back to the night night treat!. I had my man buy the ingredients so we could have it for dessert with our guest we had over for lunch.
Well he got Vanilla pudding and the small cool whip (8oz) instead of (16oz). So I have not made it yet. :(
BUT... I sure do plan on it.
I love easy and healthy alternatives for all the sweets I miss bc I eat healthier now. Can't wait to try it!
